We are a manufacturing enterprise engaged in forging, machining, and heat treatment production. Located on Yanshan Road in Yangwen Industrial Zone, Dongtou District, Wenzhou, it covers an area of more than 23 acres and has a floor area of over 13000 square meters. We have forging presses with a capacity of 300-2500 tons and a staff of 200 people. Our company has applied automated production equipment in multiple stages of the forging process, simplifying the operator′s pre production process, automatically recording, analyzing, and processing production information, and automating the entire process, achieving advanced, efficient, and flexible production. Our company has introduced a 2000 ton multi-directional forging production line, which not only produces products with precise shapes but also allows for the extrusion of inner holes. So, the forgings produced by this process not only have a fine organizational structure and complex and precise appearance, but also can save materials and reduce energy consumption. Especially when processing products with irregular inner holes, its advantages are more obvious.

Our testing center and testing equipment ensure that product quality meets technical standards. Our company purchases raw materials for domestic large steel beams to ensure product quality control from the source. Our main products are rubber track accessories, agricultural machinery accessories, engineering machinery accessories, and automotive accessories. Our products are exported overseas, covering markets in North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other regions.

While increasing hardware production capacity, our company has comprehensively improved its management level. We have established effective cooperation relationships with multiple management training and consulting companies, increased training efforts for management departments and employees, comprehensively enhanced the company′s software strength, and fully implemented the ISO 9001/IATF16949 quality management system.
